In today’s fact we learn about Socks! Mr. Toes teaches us about where the first socks were invented. They might just be relatives of Mr.Toes!

The Fact a Day:
It is believed that the first pair of socks was actually leather or matted animal hair and dates back to the 7th Century BC in Greece. In the 2nd Century AD, the Romans were the first to begin sewing fabrics to make fitted socks called Udones.
