Did you know that…The hamburger as we know it today, is believed to have been invented in 1900 by Danish Immigrant Louis Lassen in New Haven Connecticut. Early versions of a burger can be traced back to cookbooks from around 1758, and there is even ancient text about the Romans potentially having invented it as a quick meal for their soldiers.
